On 13 February, 30 Members signed up to The Country Club’s 4-Week Challenge. Each Member was weighed and measured at the beginning and end of the 4 weeks.
The 4-Week Challenge is designed to encourage participants to train regularly and follow a healthy eating plan, allowing them to understand the results they can achieve through hard work and dedication in only 4 weeks. To assist them, all participants enjoyed a comprehensive health talk as well as daily training programs suitable to their requirements and fitness levels.
Congratulations to our 4-Week Challenge winners:
Ian Mathieson – weight loss of 5.2kg and an overall loss* of 13.5cm
Michael Selby – weight loss of 5.2kg and an overall loss* of 16.5cm
Tegan Crisafulli – weight loss of 4.2kg and an overall loss* of 16.5cm
* Includes measurement of one arm, the chest, the waist and one thigh.
