The Jabiru Restaurant will offer a delicious Seafood Buffet for the month of September to celebrate Spring.
The Jabiru Restaurant will be transformed into an elegant Buffet Restaurant where Members and their guests can feast on local prawns, New Zealand mussels, Moreton Bay bugs, spanner crabs, cured Ocean trout, smoked Tasmanian salmon, baked fish, The Cape Grim carvery, Brasserie breads, chef’s created salads, charcuterie boards, antipasto selections and handmade desserts.
This incredible selection will be created weekly by our culinary team, paired with exceptional service and elegant settings, The Jabiru Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy dining at its finest.
