TIP FROM THE KITCHENJamie-leeFreezing Herbs

If you freeze your herbs in olive oil it will prevent them from browning and getting freezer burn. This is an easy way to ensure that herbs are always on hand whether in season or not. Just toss them in a pan straight from the freezer for sautéing meats or vegetables and sauces.
